Research

Research is not an add-on. It is how the college thinks.

The Crestone College is a research-driven institution. Research is not a peripheral activity; it is the organizing logic of the college. We work in small, high-density research teams to address complex problems across health, technology, the environment, and social systems.

Cross-Hub Themes

Where the three Hubs meet, our most distinctive work happens.

Hub I × Hub II

Digital Health & Human Performance

AI health coaching, behavior change through health data, digital wellbeing tools, performance-tracking ethics, and community health analytics.

Hub I × Hub III

Climate, Health & Community Resilience

Climate stress and mental health, heat exposure and public health, air quality, outdoor environments, and disaster preparedness for vulnerable groups.

Hub II × Hub III

AI for Resilient Communities

AI for climate adaptation, data systems for community planning, responsible AI in public policy, scenario modeling, and urban resilience dashboards.

All three Hubs
